I’ve lost out on many points because it doesn’t give me the points even though i completed and followed the steps. I reached out also and never heard back. ### 3/5 — No Supprt *2026-09-21, version 0.18.1* I like this app a lot. You cab cash out as little as $1 and cash outs are instant to Paypal. But there are occasionally issues where the points arent issued and support is non existent for this. I put in my first of dozens of tickets on July 8th, it is now Sept 20 and i have no response on any of them. Go back to how it used to be, it was better. I hate having to constantly download stuff I’ll never play, it’s really ruining what used to be a really good app. And I’m not subscribing, because you charge more a month than what you’ll make by walking. Edit- My ticket was finally handled today after submitting a followup email last night and I received my payouts from the offer walls I did. Well I only wanted one. I have tried support and I get these nice emails saying how busy they are and they will get back to me when they can but they never do. Since playing I had very little issues and have done nothing different since this major issue that occurred. Yesterday I had an offer to complete first 3 milestones in 5 different new games which I did each one as I’ve done the last year!!!!!! I’ve cashed out almost 340$ so far and after completing that offer the next day I go to withdraw some of it and it then pops up saying my account has been suspended and if I disagree to contact them. I can’t appeal it but they say I had suspicious activity when I did nothing suspicious at all but play the games and complete the milestones and that I can’t appeal it or have my account reinstated after all I’ve cashed out so far in the past year what have I done that’s suspicious other than withdrawing what I earn when I need it!!!!!! I have no VPN, I don’t have 2 accounts and I definitely don’t know how someone can have suspicious activity playing on games and doing the tasks offered, I know people can cheat but idk how to cheat I’m not even that techie to do stuff like that but I wouldn’t even want to cheat cause it’s against morals and values that I follow. They have weekly contests & I won some ($2-$5) which get credited fine. 4 times I rcvd popup that I won, but before I can copy code, a new pop up w/ new code (gm retired) appears, often 3+ in a row. when this happens, I can’t get back to prev codes. So I’ve lost $20+ that I won l. I wrote to them w scrnshots & vid showing how this happens, no help. Then I get notice I’m suspended bc I dwnld a game I already dwnld. 20 games with similar name. I didn’t earn twice. I wrote to support & kateryna chonka said she’d unblock my accnt. She never did. I wrote back 6+ times & no reply. So they lie & keep your earnings after you give them access to all your private info. ### 1/5 — SCAM!! Worst app and customer service *2026-09-20, version 0.18.1* They will cheat you out if money for offers they send you codes for and i have been waiting for a month now for a response to get this issue fixed and they have not done anything to help they continue to avoid me and will not respond to any emails i have sent in a support ticket in mid august i have had one response asking for the propf i have sent screen shots of everything and they have not done anything to correct there error they have cheated me out of now about 80 dollars worth of points. Instead, you have to constantly download and delete endless new games just to make pennies. Earning a few dollars isn't worth burning through phone storage and time every day. Avoid. ### 1/5 — Scrambly Suspended My Account After I Reached Level 35 and Now Says Support May Take Weeks *2026-09-20, version 0.18.1* I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Scrambly. I spent an entire day legitimately playing a game and worked all the way up to Level 35. As soon as I reached a major milestone and was getting close to being able to cash out, my account was suddenly suspended. The reason given was related to VPN usage and/or having multiple accounts. I do not use a VPN, I do not have multiple accounts, and I have not done anything to manipulate the system. What makes this even more frustrating is that this has happened to me before. I previously had my account suspended after reaching a certain milestone, and now I’m experiencing the same issue again. I contacted support expecting the issue to be investigated, but the response I received basically told me that it could take “a few weeks” for someone to even respond because their support team is overwhelmed. I understand that a company can grow quickly and that support can become busy, but suspending someone’s account and potentially holding their earned rewards while making them wait weeks for an investigation is extremely frustrating. People are spending hours completing these offers based on the expectation that they will receive the rewards they earned. If Scrambly’s system flags legitimate users, there needs to be a better process for quickly reviewing and correcting those mistakes. I’m not saying everyone will have the same experience, but based on my experience, I would be very cautious about investing a lot of time into high-level game offers until Scrambly improves its account review and support process. I’m hoping Scrambly actually reviews my account and resolves this rather than leaving me waiting weeks after I’ve already spent hours completing their offers. ### 1/5 — They don’t pay you all the time *2026-09-20, version 0.18.1* When you play games for weeks and get to the larger regards, the game magically “ stops tracking “, so they only give you partial payout. Customer service also takes days, if not weeks to respond. Nope. *2026-09-19, version 0.18.1* I allow the permissions the app wants in my settings and no matter how many times I try and retry, it still won’t count my steps. So ok, at least I can still earn money playing games. But then they want an unobstructed pic of my driver’s license to withdraw my earnings? I’m surprised they didn’t ask for my Social Security number too. No thank you. You don’t need that personal of info about me just for a payout.
