What's New in Scrap Maps

2.0.1

October 24, 2026

Map previews now stay hidden until you tap a pin, slide away automatically, and can be reopened with a swipe. Explore a satellite overview with location, zoom and world controls. We've repaired message and deal notifications, improved payment reliability, and added seller payment-readiness checks before paid offers can be accepted. You can now list scrap for free, claim it without a card, and make an optional additional payment for the physical scrap or pickup. We've also refreshed the app's visible name to Scrap Maps.
