## What is Scraps?

Scraps is a quick capture notes app that stays out of your way.

Open it and it's ready to type. One note per day, created automatically.

HIGHLIGHTS

Choose the words that matter to you — todo, idea, remember, anything — and they'll be highlighted every time they appear. Important things don't get buried.

HISTORY

Every note you've ever written is one scroll away. Highlight markers in the scrollbar show you at a glance where your important words appear, so you can jump straight to what matters. Search when scrolling isn't enough.

WIDGETS

Two home screen widget styles. One shows today's note so your current thoughts are always visible. The other shows a histogram of highlights across all your notes — a view of what's been on your mind.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

All your notes are stored in iCloud in plain text markdown.
