I emailed support through the “contact us” link in game and have heard crickets… games like this need to realize that although ads are annoying, people will indeed watch ads (giving them revenue) if they get something out of it too. Every time I leave the game for any reason when I come back to play it the money I won is gone and my balance is back to 0 dollars and I have to build my balance again instead of letting me start where I left off. I cashed out $1200 when I first started playing but it’s even disappeared. I don’t recommend anyone waste your time trying to win on these cards because your money will just disappear. I took into consideration the non business days and holidays and even gave extra time consideration for it being the end of the year- still no payment posted. I stopped playing. Don’t make promises of payment if you don’t plan to payout!!
