Virtually any attempt to use pops up a message box with “Something went wrong”. Completely unusable. ### 1/5 — Let me go! *2024-06-27* Apparently, once you sign up for this program, it auto renews without your approval and will not refund your money. I guess once you sign up, you are stuck for life with this program. They have repeatedly told me they will refund my money and have not and will not answer my emails. Their phone line is disconnected. I read about another person who went through the same experience with them.
