I paid for a year subscription and on my iPhone 16 pro I can’t even sign into my account almost at all…it works whenever it wants to and I have the app and I’ve tired though website but this sucks

Bought on YouTube then noticed I can’t find a single movie on YouTube excluding the free to everyone posts. Then tried to use my same email to log into the app and was told the account doesn’t exist. Apparently this is a common issue.

Aside from ones phone, how are we supposed to watch films? And either way, through the app or web browser, it will load the sound of two movies playing at once, the only solution to stoping the background sound is to close the app or browser. On Firestick, the app fails to play any content, and on many devices the app simply isn’t available. I don’t get it, what are we paying the subscription fee for exactly? To look at the box covers of titles we could potentially watch? How is this considered an acceptable product to market? Like who sat down and was like, yeah this doesn’t work at all, it’s perfect. Job well done.

### 1/5 — Airplays ads with no problem, but content?? Nah

Decent selection, but it is so annoying how it will play its ads and plugs flawlessly but the moment you try to watch an actual movie, it just quits. Or even better, it loads another series of ads, THEN quits. Going to ragequit and delete app, maybe re-download in a year to see if they’ve fixed their garbage app.
