Ужасное приложение, подписка продлевается сама и отменить невозможно...

**Developer response:** Здравствуйте! Отменить подписку можно прямо в приложении: обновите его до последней версии и откройте Настройки → «Управление подписками» — отмена занимает пару нажатий. В свежей версии мы сделали этот раздел доступнее. Если кнопка не видна или что-то не получается — напишите нам через Настройки → «Поддержка», отменим подписку со своей стороны и поможем разобраться. Со стороны клиента не возможно отключить подписку ,которая активируется сама !!!
Качество изображения плохое,не рекомендую .

Отменить подписку можно и самостоятельно в любой момент: Настройки → «Управление подписками». Напишите нам, пожалуйста, через Настройки → «Поддержка» — поможем и с качеством изображения: обычно достаточно выбрать в Настройках качество «Высокое» или «Оригинал».

Оформил бесплатную подписку на три дня, но с меня сразу списали за неделю! При трансляции экрана если включить звук приложение просто вылетает! Если запустить видео в браузере приложение не распознает его как видео! По сути бесполезное приложение! Подписку отменил через 15 использования. ВЕРНИТЕ ДЕНЬГИ СНЯТЫЕ ЗА БЕСПЛАТНЫЙ ПРОБНЫЙ ПЕРИОД!!!

• По списание за пробный период — напишите нам на почту поддержки из приложения(на главном экране сверху нажать на шестеренку, далее "Написать в поддержку", либо "Информация для разработчика". Мы проверим и поможем

•По вылету при включении звука во время трансляции экрана — это ошибка, исправление уже отправлено; в ближайшем обновлении вылета не будет. Об ошибке мы проинформировали в приложении.

•По видео в браузере не распознаётся — дорабатываем определение видео на страницах, спасибо, что сообщили.

В бесплатной версии доступно базовое дублирование экрана и кастинг без ограничения по времени — платными сделаны только HD-качество и передача звука: их поддержка под сотни моделей ТВ требует постоянных доработок. Что за дань такая?) какие 300р в неделю? Даже не в месяц…
10 рублей - 3 дня
Во время подписок, где можно попробовать месяц бесплатно и если понравилось, то уже покупаешь продление. А сейчас без добавления карты я даже не могу проверить как работает полноценное приложение)
Пожалуйста пересмотрите вообще отношение к ценам или разрабам нечем будет семью кормить)

Возможно, вы выбрали недельный тариф с пробным периодом. При оформлении подписки указано, какая будет стоимость после пробного периода, и списание не происходит без вашего подтверждения.

По поводу теста без привязки карты — согласны, это важный момент. Передали пожелание команде: прорабатываем возможность познакомиться с основными функциями до оформления подписки.

Приложение работает, но если не покупать подписку качество только 480 (хотя по ощущениям все 144) смотреть невозможно, задержка секунды 2, при том что интернет отличный, скорость 500 мбит/с, пинг 4 мс… В России оплатить подписку не получится, но даже используя подарочные карты или сторонние сервисы для пополнения 199 рублей в неделю слишком жирно за такое приложение, покупка навсегда за 2500 тоже перебор. Спасибо, обойдусь без трансляций)
