No solutions from IT or Apple, and not hope of a new projector. However, my IPhone 11 projects just fine. I’ve been wanting to take collective notes with my students, but haven’t been able to because my phone is too small. This has FIXED THAT PROBLEM! Plugged my phone into the projector as per usual, and then used this app to mirror my IPad onto my IPhone. It showed up super clear, and I was able to blow my IPad up quite large without distortion. Some slight orientation differences, but that’s just because it’s phone vs and iPad screen. 10/10, love the one time payment model. Thank you! ### 5/5 — Outstanding app, great functionality, very responsive support. *2025-03-26* This app does exactly what it says on the tin, it lets you use your iPad as an external monitor for your iPhone, so you can actually take advantage of those fancy big lenses and see what you are recording. I gather it also works for other device combos but that is the one I use. There is almost no latency, and the image is very high quality, to the degree that I can fine tune lighting in a shot based on how it looks in the iPad monitor. It can work over Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots, and a wired connection which is ideal for me, as i do both studio filming and out-and-about vlogging. I had some questions about the functionality of the app and the developer responded right away and was extremely helpful. This app is a bargain if your workflow needs the functionality it offers. The instructions are not clear and it does not show you what you are recording in the app. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback; it helps improve the product further. The app does not require you to pay twice when you use it with the same Apple account; you pay once and can use it on all Apple devices linked to that account. Even if you’re connected to the same Wi-Fi, you can’t see the other device when it starts streaming. It worked on my personal phone, but it’s broken, so I purchased the app on my contact phone and it won’t stream to the iPad. This is NOT TRUE!!!! You have to pay twice for the app. Ridiculous **Developer response:** The app works flawlessly on separate Apple accounts. Each account requires an individual purchase, of course, because they are separate users. It was never stated or advertised that the app is free across multiple accounts. Once, a gentleman contacted me for support — he was using the app to improve his golf technique and wanted to view himself from two different angles simultaneously. He encountered an issue using the app from his wife's iPhone despite being on a Family Plan. I solved his problem in 30 seconds; it was a simple fix once he reached out.
