A review like this isn’t something I normally do. I like to play a game for a bit before I give a review. This game won’t let me actually play it. As soon as you choose what kind of pet you may want it immediately asks for money and there is no way that I can see to move beyond it. I am not opposed to spending money on a good game. I have no issue with supporting a developer of a good game. Demanding money before I can even experience the game feels unfair, especially since there are currently no reviews for me to base a good judgment on. You spend $3.99 WEEKLY or $19.99 a year for $39.99 for lifetime access. That being said, I admit that I DO like the options in the beginning. I feel like I’m making a pet that can be catered to my lifestyle, which is nice. It seems like a lot of thought has gone into this aspect but whether this actually holds up with game play is to be determined. To the developer, I highly suggest you make a free trial for people to experience the game first. I could be wrong but I do not think most people will spend money on something they cannot even trial. Especially when there are already so many other virtual pet games out there. As a developer you have many apps under your name all that seem totally different and unrelated. I see no logic in spending money to try this out. Maybe I’ll check back someday and see if things have changed. For now, I’m choosing a different app.
