HOW IT WORKS

1. Select the apps you want to block. ScreenShepherd will block them.
2. Read Scripture to unlock your blocked apps.
3. Every minute you read earns a minute you can spend in your blocked apps.
4. When that time runs out, a shield appears until you read again
