I just want to translate the audio of a video to English and no one can do that. This was recommended to me by AI, which was not one of the options in your stupid questionnaire at the start. Literally utterly useless, this app did absolutely nothing. And then they want $99 a year to do nothing. We've reworked the free tier so there's more you can do before hitting an upgrade prompt. I tried the 3-day trial but found the DELETE button was not active. I wrote Customer Service to request cancellation, have not yet had a reply. Somehow in researching and trying to activate Claude this site asked if I wanted to download the Mac application which I selected and downloaded the application. Mistake> The name was different but I thought it may be an application face to interact with the LLM as I was seeking. Wrong again. I chose what I thought was an activation of Claude—power of a thought and intent—and messed up. No customer service number and cancel account did not appear to work or be verified. Not even one star WARNING ### 1/5 — Misleading & Expensive *2025-08-26, version 1.3.35* The app prompts you to go right to the point where you are ready to convert something to a transcript and only then does it require you to pay near $300. It wouldn’t even let me do this as a one off to see if it’s a good app. It made me make and account, put something in for conversion, then asked for $299 or $599. I’m all for being paid for providing a service but the developers don’t need to do it in a misleading and deceitful fashion. Pero incluso así, realiza transcripciones erradas al español. ### 1/5 — Garbage company *2025-04-15, version 1.3.26* Don't buy it if you are in Australia or just everywhere Their currency is USD and there's no way you can find any conversion rate during check out and doesn't say anything during that process nor on privacy policy or terms and services. If you go to straight into log in and hit the upgrade button, you will never realise it is based on USD. They also trying to hide everything and will show you the most expensive options that you have to pay at once with cheaper price because, if you choose monthly, you can cancel one month later but you need to remember they won't bother giving you a refund. What a nice way of spending $650 Remember this app is scamming you and you really don't want spend money on this thing as they just want your money out of your pocket. I send them an email and they said they can't give me a refund because of their policy. I didn't even use this app and it's pretty disgusting. They don't even offer the change between monthly and annually so if you want to waste your money then buy it. Triggers recordings, which eat up the trial, doesn’t notify you of this until you wait an hour uploading a video, then tries to force you into a subscription. Et là je me retrouve avec deux enregistrements de réunion que je ne peux pas récupérer parce que l’outil a planté.
