## What is Screening and Referral Toolkit?

ENGLISH: This mobile application is designed to help government officials conduct screening and referral
of people arriving at the border or people referred to border authorities by other agencies. The
application is designed by UNHCR Regional Bureau for Asia and the Pacific in partnership with the
Regional Support Office of the Bali Process (RSO). The Application is currently designed to be used in a
training context.

BAHASA INDONESIA: Aplikasi seluler ini dirancang untuk membantu pejabat pemerintah melakukan
penyaringan dan rujukan orang yang tiba di perbatasan atau orang yang dirujuk ke otoritas perbatasan
oleh lembaga lain. Aplikasi ini dirancang oleh Biro Regional UNHCR untuk Asia dan Pasifik dalam
kemitraan dengan Kantor Dukungan Regional Bali Process (RSO). Aplikasi saat ini dirancang untuk
digunakan dalam konteks pelatihan.

BAHASA MELAYU: Aplikasi telefon pintar ini direka untuk membantu pegawai kerajaan menjalankan
pemeriksaan dan rujukan orang yang tiba di sempadan atau orang yang dirujuk kepada pihak berkuasa
sempadan oleh agensi lain. Aplikasi ini direka oleh Biro Serantau UNHCR untuk Asia dan Pasifik dengan
kerjasama Pejabat Sokongan Serantau Proses Bali (RSO). Aplikasi pada masa ini direka untuk digunakan
dalam konteks latihan.

This new version adds additional arrival languages for a total of 15 supported languages for persons arriving: Arabic, Burmese, Chinese (Mandarin), Dari, French, Khmer, Laos, Pashto, Punjabi, Rohingya, Russian, Somali, Tagalog, Tamil and Urdu.  An audio playback feature has been added for all questions and answers in arrival languages, to improve accessibility.  Referral pathway images can now be shown in all four user languages.  Other improvements to the user experience have also been implemented.
