## What is ScreenSafe?

ScreenSafe helps you see how much time you actually spend on your phone — recorded manually, without using the Screen Time API, so nothing is tracked automatically.

Features:
- Start/stop a session or enter past usage manually
- Categorize time as Social, Video, Games, Work, or Other
- Set a daily usage goal and track progress with a bar that changes color when you go over
- Daily and weekly usage charts (Swift Charts)
- Streak tracking for days you hit your goal
- Journal notes to reflect on why you used your phone more than planned

Great for:
- Anyone who wants to cut down on phone time
- Digital detox
- Parents checking in on a child's phone time together
- Professionals who want to protect their focus

Your usage records stay on your device.
