## What is Screenshot Organizer?

Your screenshots hold things you planned to revisit: a receipt, hotel, recipe, product, creative idea, or important note from work. The problem is not saving them. It is finding them again.

ShotKeep turns screenshot clutter into an organized, searchable library. It recognizes the words inside your screenshots, helps you search by what you remember, and places useful captures into smart collections. Everything is designed to help you return to the right detail without endlessly scrolling through Photos.

SEARCH THE TEXT INSIDE SCREENSHOTS

You should not need to remember when a screenshot was taken. Search for the detail you actually remember: a store name, order number, total, hotel, destination, ingredient, meeting topic, caption, product, or phrase.

ShotKeep uses on-device OCR to make screenshot text searchable. Enter one or more words and quickly narrow your library to matching captures. Open a result to view the original screenshot together with its recognized text. When you need the words somewhere else, copy the recognized text directly instead of typing it again.

The local text index, favorites, and personal collection information stay on your device. Your original screenshots remain in your Photos library. ShotKeep only requests access through Apple's Photos permission system, and you can change that access at any time in iOS Settings.
