I love the game but it has become unplayable. Freezes every game. That causes me to lose everything I have done or used. I have sent them many messages about it and it has been weeks with no response and no fixing of issues.

Great fun game. Love the entire thing. But the glitching and the adds and the amount of time I have to spend watching ads just to get through is too much to the point that I'm deleting it and finding something else. It's annoying when your about to beat a level and the entire app freezes your entire phone and once you finaly get the patients to open it back up you have to completly restart. It's starting to get me more angry than before fun.

This game is super glitchy even after they did an app update that was supposed to fix it. My screen freezes all the time and then I have to start the level over again. I also paid to remove ads and I STILL get pop up ads in the middle of playing. Waste of money!

Playing this to get paid is the only reason why Im playing this weird game. Reached level 50 need to reach level 65 normally I’d complete this fast but even though I paid to remove the dumb ads guess what??? Still gotta watch 4-5 ads to even complete a level . ANNOYING. Then when I’m almost done finishing a level game crashes and guess what? Gotta start tf OVER . Trashhhhhhh
