As you level up, it gets too challenging and you have no choice but to watch ads or pay to pass certain levels. There’s NO WAY to get hold of Support in the app. Had to ask AI how to email them. It’s impossible to play the Submarine Tournament sometimes bc OF A CHOKE POINT! If you’re not on a team, you can’t pass the 1st stage bc you need teammates to give you lives to fulfill one of the quests in each of 5 stages. Therefore, since I don’t want to be part of a team ***(🚨🚨🚨tired of teams and watching ppl bully other ppl; one teammate on another game was so slammed, he took his life when originally, gaming was helping him deal with stuff but then for truly no reason, it flipped on him; terrible loss that shouldn’t have happened. So I’m off team play bc of nastiness I’ve seen, especially when it’s unrelenting🚨🚨🚨)***, I’m deprived of rewards I always otherwise win. And deprived of some competitions.🤬 😡I also lowered my rating bc when I did email them about this CHOKE POINT issue, they ignored it completely (being the same issue continues with this new Submarine quest just starting that goes for about 8 DAYS). 📌DEVS DO NOT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT ISSUES WITH THEIR GAME. I even lost progress earned bc I had to do a hard restart on my device due to OS update. Didn’t bother to try to contact them bc I was already being ignored. It’s rude. There’s loads of other screw games out there. In ANY app, be sure there’s a way to CONTACT SUPPORT. These screwballs just leave you hanging in the wind so therefore my deleting of the app (& taking several hundred others with me as well as our never ending bad mouthing THIS app in proper conversation), is our SCREW OFF to you, developers! You had a good game but by ignoring your players, that speaks volumes. Screw you! Btw, the pics you see of game play screens RIGHT HERE IN THE DESCRIPTION, is nonexistent. NO level or board looks like that. The advertisement is also not what you’ll get either. FALSE ADVERTISING. Folks, just move on and don’t waste your precious time & certainly DO NOT GIVE THIS APP ANY REAL MONEY WHATSOEVER. There’s much more to complain about but I mainly stuck with the straw that broke the camel’s back. 🚨RULE OF THUMB - always but ALWAYS read the MOST CRITICAL REVIEWS before downloading any app. Others have suffered for you and we’re sharing our issues so you don’t fall victim to them. You get paid for me watching an ad and I get 25 bonus tickets instead of just 5. But no matter if you get the 5x or 3x reward option you only get 1x the amount of bonus tickets. Why lie that we’re going to get a bonus then sit us through an ad for nothing? Additionally your “lucky spin” never gives you anything good, it’s always 1 measly ticket earned for watching an ad. And the “golden hole” was lost when an ad got stuck and wouldn’t close stopping the whole game and the only way out was to leave the game. When I came right back in no golden hole.
