Then, when I tried canceling my subscription on the website, it froze the page every single time I clicked the button to cancel, but it did not freeze when I did literally anything else. First of all the subscription fee itself was only touted as $11.99 so why am I getting a 43% up charge definitely not just taxes added on. I would’ve rather spent that money towards the real book I was trying to read instead if I knew I was going to be charged.
