Unlike other applications, Scribe is a low-cost and easy-to-learn option, allowing a user with little experience to start modelling properties within minutes. Is Scribe free to use? After creating an account (free) you'll be able to use Scribe in its entirety for sketching your property (still free!). Your account will include 3 (free!) credits which you can use to export in our various formats, including JPG, PDF and a hosted model (URL sharing). Second, there is no clean way to export or print just one file, let alone a bunch of files in mass. We visit 200-300 properties a week and need to sketch all of those out, need something more user friendly that can add photos, allow for hand written notes, etc. You guys are falling behind the tech 8-ball on your products and if you don’t catch up someone is going to catch you and put you out of business. Creating an account is difficult. Then login in using the Apple password manager (settings) does not work consistently. Constantly getting these notifications that are really unnecessary. Then try to create a basic plan to see what I can do; unfortunately, not all items work - some are greyed out. The switch to 3D is not there. So I gave up and tried to use the web interface interface instead - I can only add walls. There is no other option. I’m working from a recent iPad using the most recent IOS.
