## What is ScribeIQ?

ScribeIQ records, transcribes, and summarises your meetings, privately.

Everything important happens on your device: audio is captured and stored on that device, and transcription runs on-device with no network needed. When you want intelligence, ScribeIQ sends only the transcript (never audio) to an AI provider you choose, using your own API key: Anthropic, OpenAI, or OpenRouter, with any model you select.

RECORD ANYTHING One tap to record on iPhone, iPad, or Mac, with pause and resume, background recording, and a Live Activity in the Dynamic Island. Phone calls pause the recording automatically and resume after. If your calendar says a meeting is on, the recording adopts its title and attendees. On the Mac, capture the microphone or the system audio, so meetings playing on your Mac (video calls, webinars) can be transcribed directly. Import audio files or URLs.

ACCURATE TRANSCRIPTION, ENTIRELY ON DEVICE Whisper large-v3-turbo runs on your device for near state-of-the-art accuracy, biased towards your own glossary of names, acronyms, and technical terms. Long sessions transcribe while you record, so even a three hour meeting is ready about a minute after you stop. Speakers are separated by voice with a neural model, and tapping any transcript line plays the audio from that moment. Bilingual meetings (a translator, two working languages) are supported per recording.

INTELLIGENT SUMMARIES Professional, topic-sectioned summaries that cover the whole recording, shaped by templates (meeting, speech, talk, interview, lecture, or auto-detected), action items with owners and due dates, per-speaker analytics, and AI-predicted titles and icons. A briefing card surfaces related meetings and open threads when you start recording, and completed commitments are ticked off automatically.

A BODY OF KNOWLEDGE Every meeting feeds a private, on-device knowledge base: semantic search across everything, recurring people and topics, open threads, and an AI report that connects the dots across meetings. Ask AI anything about one meeting or all of them.

SHARE AND INTEGRATE Export summaries and transcripts as PDF or text, share the audio, email the summary, push action items to Reminders and Calendar, or send meetings as JSON to your own webhook. Optional iCloud sync keeps iPhone and Mac in step.

YOUR RECORDINGS, YOUR CHOICE
Recordings stay on the device that made them and are never backed up automatically. When you want a safety net, back up a meeting, or all of them, into your own iCloud Drive: the files appear in the Files app, your other devices download one only when you play it, and reinstalling the app can bring them back.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN No accounts, no analytics, no tracking. Mark a meeting sensitive and its content never leaves the device. Your keys live in the Keychain. See the privacy policy: everything is yours, on your devices.

ScribeIQ requires your own AI provider API key for AI features. Recording and on-device transcription work without one.
