The urgency you project is criminal, controlling and manipulative. You weren’t like this when you started. ### 4/5 — Include epf n NPS and gratuity deduction *2025-01-14, version 9.0.0* In order to have fully inclusive financial plan please include epf contribution self n employer, NPS contribution self and employer , rate of growth of contribution and also rate of growth for the under lying assets. Also include gratuity contributions while generating the retirement plans. Current SIP’s contribution is very generic and rate of return and maturity time for some of the instruments is different. I have eventually moved to long term investments now. I didn't have the time, energy and expertise to do the research and choose the fund among all funds in the market ! Scripbox helped me to grow my investments over the years. Seeing dips/growth on a day to day basis is also fulfilling. Most of the time app doesn't use the faceid. Always asks for the password. Looks like the new updates are not tested properly. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Often getting something went wrong *2025-10-08, version 9.0.74* I’m using Scripbox for more than 5 years now. But nowadays I’m seeing a lot of issues with this app. I’m getting “Something went wrong” while modifying the SIP nowadays. The response I got from the customer support last time is that the particular fund can’t be added, but they didn’t mention why. If it can’t be added, then I’m not sure why they aren’t disabling the option to add. Instead, it Ks allowing us to proceed till payment and showing the “something went wrong” page. I have tried modifying with another fund again today and got the same problem. I don’t think they are really focusing on the quality nowadays. It’s quite a frustrating user experience and seriously thinking of switching to alternative options. ### 1/5 — Bad Service from Customer Care *2024-11-08, version 8.0.76* I have put request for bank change they told it will take 12 working days and on 10working day I am calling Scripbox they are saying me ur request have been rejected when I am calling they are giving feedback so guys don’t trust this company at all. ### 1/5 — Degrading UI and many pages are not working *2023-11-30, version 7.0.54* Hi team With every update on every week you are degrading the experience as well as you deployed non working pages and functionally unclear developments. This is disgusting from such an organisation. This experience will not help you and we don't have so much time to stick with you for such an experience. Need to rethink your technology implementation strategy. ### 1/5 — The worst investment app with UI changing every month *2023-11-01, version 7.0.40* You guys have made investing more complicated than it already is by making the worst UI/UX. And I’ve been investing since may 2021. Today suddenly the app shows my wealth to be ZERO. WTAF!! Every month you change the UI/UX of the app not letting the user get used to anything. Every month I have to start navigating from the scratch to see where would I find my investments. And how are you guys operating without 24X7 customer service in 2023? I call the customer care and hear that we’re on an off today. Call back tomorrow. What even is that? The moment my lock-in period gets over, I will never use this app again. Also using Groww on the side, and it’s so much more simple. Seriously man, just step up. Exit comes with a cost, this is 3rd time I am facing this issue. When your team or algorithm suggest wrong funds than why do you ask us to pay exit load. The new version of the app is so confusing to navigate. The original versions of the app from about a year ago was so simple and easy to understand. Now, just accidentally swiping right on the home screen logs you put of the app and lands you on the login page. Why can’t it be simple? Why do you clutter the UI with so many confusing things? And why didn’t anyone test the app before rolling put the updates? ### 1/5 — Terrible UI *2022-08-31, version 6.2.7* Ohh god! Same thing in multiple places. You can redirect to a single page from multiple places, when you will not get, what you are thinking. Simple example- if you want to see the history of your investment and in which month you invested what amount and what are the current values of those investments, you will not get! Oh!! There are plenty of things needs to be done to better the UI! Used for more than 3years, now stopped using/investing through Scripbox and using different apps/vendor, who has far better UI than this. The same problem is faced on the website too. On the web it took around 20 minutes to find out how to login. When you select login button it takes you to sign up page!!! Developers please correct this on the app as well as the website. I do all my browsing on phone and with apps , if u are like me this app is a big no for u. Waste of time and money. Now it’s complex and cumbersome. Face iD doesn’t work and have to input all credentials again. Whoever came up with the idea to use OTP to email (not phone) is a genius, so that users have to go to a different app to read OTP.
