Scriptlog is a private diary for adults who already hold a legal UK prescription for medical cannabis, written by a specialist under the 2018 regulations. It records what was prescribed and dispensed, the dose taken, how much relief it gave and any side effects, so that the next appointment is based on a record rather than on memory. WHAT IT DOES Record a dose in about fifteen seconds: the product from the pharmacy label, the amount, and a relief score for the thing you are being treated for. Add sleep, mood, pain and side effects when they matter and skip them when they do not. Photograph the dispensing label and keep it with the entry, so the batch and the strength stay attached to the record. See which prescribed products actually help. The Patterns view ranks the products in your own diary by the relief you recorded against them, and shows how relief moves with sleep, mood and pain. Produce a report your prescriber can read. Journal Plus turns any date range into an A4 PDF with a summary, a relief chart and a table of every entry, ready to print or hand to the share sheet yourself. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO It does not sell, source, supply, recommend or help anyone obtain anything. There is no shop, no catalogue, no dispensary finder, no clinic directory and no link to any of those. It gives no dosing advice and no medical advice of any kind, and it never suggests a product, a strength or an amount. PRIVACY Everything you record stays on your iPhone. There is no account, no sign-in and no server: nothing in this diary is uploaded, sold or shared. The app carries no adverts, no analytics SDK and no tracking, and it never asks for tracking permission. You can lock the diary with a PIN, export every entry as a spreadsheet free of charge whether or not you subscribe, and delete everything on the device in one tap. JOURNAL PLUS Keeping the diary is free and stays free, including photographs and your whole history. Journal Plus adds the clinician PDF, the full product ranking and the correlation view, at 3.99 a month or 29.99 a year.
