but inside the app there is nowhere to insert the key, only option is to pay the subscription 

the use of my own key was gonna differentiate this app from all the hundred others

Scriptorium is the writing app I never knew I needed. The interface is clean and responsive, and the overall usage is intuitive. The app condenses a rich collection of features into a simplified experience. After a few days of using the app, I found myself making a habit of using the text message helper and email helper. The subscription is also pretty well priced relative to most AI writers. Overall, I am very satisfied with this app.
