## What is Scroll PatroI?

You opened your phone to check one thing. Somehow, half an hour disappeared.

Scroll Patrol helps you reduce your screen time by limiting individual scrolling sessions and blocking the apps that pull you in. Set your boundaries and let Brruce, your trusty yeti, patrol the feed.

KEEP A QUICK CHECK QUICK

Choose how long each scrolling session can last. Set a one-minute limit, for example, and you’ll get one minute in a selected app before Scroll Patrol blocks access again.

It’s a limit for each session—so a quick check doesn’t quietly become another scrolling marathon.

BLOCK YOUR BIGGEST DISTRACTIONS

Need some time away from the feed? Block selected apps so you can give your attention to what’s in front of you. Work, friends, hobbies, or finally doing that thing you keep putting off until tomorrow.

YOUR APPS. YOUR BOUNDARIES.

Use session limits, app blocking, or both. Choose the apps you want to manage and decide how much room scrolling gets in your day.

MORE TIME FOR THE GOOD STUFF

Brruce would rather be snowboarding. You probably have something you’d rather be doing, too.

Less phone. More life.
