Wonder if the developers have done QA around the billing & payments workflow. This app won’t take my Chase, Barclay, Wealthfront, Apple Cards. I even told their support team who said they passed the info to their sev team. I see rows of the Scroll scooters and vespa collecting dust here in Vake, Tbilisi. No clue how the company’s still operating. Please test your billing workflow or update if it is only for Georgia based bank in which case Bolt will continue to get my $$.

The app isn’t even functional. From verifying your ID, to inputting your card information, all critical feature of the application lead to a leading sequence that times out. 

This is a complete waste of time.

Card billing fails no matter what credit card is used. Impossible to pay or use.

Bad application, bad vehicles . I asked support to delete my account, I didn’t wanted to use it anymore . After 2 moth is still was not deleted ( you can’t delete account manually on your own). Don’t use this company for transportation .

Дороже такси , за электро тягу . мопед будет стоять ,сломанный ,около твоего дома неделями , когда ты его арендуешь и не сможешь уехать , спишет денег по полной Ну в целом ничего удивительного - шикарный сакартвелский «сервис» Куда проще пропустить 10 поездок и купить личный мопед
