## What is ScrollBreak?

ScrollBreak locks the apps that hook you, then lets you earn them back with real exercise.

Pick the apps that pull you in most. ScrollBreak keeps them locked by default, using Apple's Screen Time tools. To unlock them, do a set of push-ups or squats. Each set banks screen-time minutes you can spend on a timed session.

There's no feed to scroll past it, no snooze button, and no way to talk yourself out of it — just a straightforward trade: movement for minutes.

How it works:
- Choose the apps you want ScrollBreak to shield
- Do push-ups or squats in front of your camera
- ScrollBreak counts your reps on-device using Apple's Vision framework
- Earned minutes go into your bank
- Spend banked minutes to unlock a timed session in your shielded apps

Your privacy:
Rep counting happens entirely on your device. ScrollBreak never records, saves, or transmits video. Nothing about your workouts leaves your phone.

Set your own earn rate during setup, track your banked minutes, and build a habit of moving before you scroll.
