## What is ScrollKiller?

It’s simple, and you probably already know. Social media are built to get you to check them often, and then turn this "quick check" into hours.

Weak screen time reminders do not work much. ScrollKiller is something completely different. It’s a new revolutionary tool that helps you kill the compulsive use of social media. Simply, it helps you take back control.

How it does that:
- it temporarily blocks social media when it detects mindless scrolling
- helps you focus on the real life and real goals
- protects you in the moments of weakness
- when your willpower fails, it will usually mean this:
1. you scroll for a few minutes
2. you get blocked
3. you are now slightly annoyed at our app
4. then you close social media instead of wasting your time

Hard Mode adds a stronger barrier. Every time you want to open social media, you have to wait and think about your decision first. Most of the time, people realize they don’t actually need to use the social media app and close it immediately. Now they can actually rest in a healthy way, or do anything meaningful.

You can add intentions: the important things you actually want to do or focus on. ScrollKiller shows them to you every time you try to waste time on social media.

You already know scrolling less would be better.
The hard part is actually doing it.
ScrollKiller will still need you to cooperate, but it’s extremely powerful.

Stop feeding the addiction. Kill it by making the right choice, even when it doesn’t feel easy.

### 1/5 — !

*2026-06-22*

No free option

**Developer response:** Hi, just made the app free to use with 1 protected app. We appreciate your feedback.

### 5/5 — Generally good app

*2026-06-18*

Honestly, app very simple, straight to the point, but i sometimes heavily despise useful features/things being blocked behind a subscription like multple apps, etc.. (youll own nothing and be happy) but this app is still in its early stages, so i could see room for improvement,

**Developer response:** Hi, we added the option of a single lifetime purchase of Pro. Thank you for the feedback.
