Love it! Tried so many apps but this one is more effective and yet so simple! Literally just a timer. I had the idea to use a timer for years but couldn’t will myself to start nor stop it. With Scrollless, you MUST use their timer or your apps won’t open! The 5 minutes between scroll sessions really clears my mind.
