## What is Scrollmate?

Ever pick up your phone "just for a sec" and look up an hour later? Scrollmate is your honest scroll companion — it tracks how long you've been scrolling and gently nudges you to stop.

HOW IT WORKS
Tap the play button to start a session. Scrollmate sends you a periodic notification as a reminder that you're still scrolling. When you're done, tap the crown button to end the session. Your scroll time is saved to today's log.
