Your body is the key.

ScrollPass locks the apps that steal your hours and hands the key to your body. Out of scroll time? Do 15 squats. The sensors count them, and you get 10 minutes back.

No willpower needed. Just an exchange rate.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose the apps that eat your day.
2. When your earned balance hits zero, they lock.
3. Move to earn minutes. Spend them guilt-free.

WAYS TO EARN
· Walk — every 100 steps = 1 minute, counted by your iPhone's motion sensor
· Squats — 15 squats = 10 minutes, counted by motion sensors, phone in hand
· Workouts — any workout of 10+ minutes = 45 minutes
· Exercise minutes — 1 minute of activity = 1 minute of scroll
· Push-ups — 1 minute per rep, counted by the front camera

VERIFIED, NOT PROMISED
Manually typed health data is ignored. Push-ups are counted by the camera, squats by the motion sensors, and the phone has to stay still while you work. Cheating is possible, but it only cheats you.
