## What is ScrollRewards?

Turn your screen time into something you actually get to keep.

ScrollRewards is a rewards-based screen-time tool for adults who want less scrolling and more of everything else. Set a daily scroll target, earn points every time you come in under it, and redeem those points for real vouchers from partner brands.

HOW IT WORKS

• Pick the apps that eat your day — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, whichever ones you actually open too often
• Set a daily scroll target that feels honest (we'll suggest one based on your first week)
• Earn points every day you come in under target
• Redeem points for real vouchers when you're ready

WHY IT WORKS

Every other screen-time app just measures you and hopes shame does the work. ScrollRewards flips the loop — you get a small, real reward every time you choose not to open the app. Positive reinforcement, not guilt.

MINDFUL PAUSE

When you open a tracked app, ScrollRewards shows a brief pause screen — a moment to decide whether this open is worth it. Some days you'll open anyway. That's fine. But the pause makes the choice conscious, and conscious choices add up.

TIME BACK

Every minute you don't scroll adds to your Time Back total — a running count of the waking hours you've reclaimed. Not just today. Not just this week. The compound effect, visible.

REWARDS

Vouchers are listed in the app. Claim vouchers and earn towards them.

PRIVACY-FIRST

• All scroll tracking happens on your device using Apple's Screen Time framework
• We never see which apps you use — only whether you hit your daily target
• No ads, no data selling, no cross-app tracking

PERFECT FOR

• Anyone who's tried Screen Time limits and just tapped "Ignore for today"
• People who respond to small, immediate rewards better than to willpower
• Adults who want a system, not a scolding

Download ScrollRewards, set your first target, and start earning back your time — and getting rewarded for it.
