Thank you for giving it a try. ### 4/5 — Great but need to remove logic game questions *2026-05-30* This is an amazing app but need some updates on question types for LSAT because we no longer have logic games in official tests. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Paywall??? *2026-07-27* After about a week, the app suddenly limited me to one puzzle per hour and locked me out completely, I couldn’t even leave the payment screen to use the rest of the app. This wasn’t mentioned when I downloaded it. I understand needing to monetize, but springing a hard paywall on users with no warning, and trapping them on the payment screen with no way out, is just bad way to do it. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-07-06* Wish I could actually continue on with the app, but it keeps getting stuck at the introduction. Don't let them trick you. ### 1/5 — Changed App *2026-05-18* They changed the free version to only allow one puzzle per hour, I can’t access the app I want to use without paying for another puzzle or deleting this app entirely. Poorly monetized and randomly sprung on the customer regarding the way this change was made. **Developer response:** I'm sorry the limit caught you off guard - that's a fair thing to be frustrated about. The honest problem is we didn't make it clear up front how the free plan works, and running into it mid-use is a bad experience. That's on us, and I'm fixing it so it's never a surprise again. Thanks for the honest feedback; it's already changed what I'm building this week. ### 2/5 — Great until it wasn’t *2026-08-09* For a few days, this app was everything I’d hoped it’d be. But turns out that that’s just the free trial of the paid version, of which the app is basically useless without. I’d be interested in trying it again if this got resolved, but until then I can’t recommend it. ### 2/5 — Good until the second day *2026-06-26, version 3.5* It was great until the second day i found out I can only get a question every hour. Now I can't even access the app I wanted to open without uninstalling it, wtf ### 2/5 — great for a day *2026-05-29* Its great at keeping me off one app but only for the first day I downloaded the app. Afterwards, there’s a full hour wait period and to bypass it you either have to buy the subscription or turn off the app blocking capabilities, which is the whole reason I downloaded the app. ### 3/5 — Decent enough *2026-07-08* The questions are way too easy compared to real material, they’re hard enough to make it worth the time when you’re already wasting time but like cmon make some harder ones that will really get your brain going. This is a great idea, just missed on the execution on if. ### 4/5 — Good App with One Downside *2026-07-18* I really like this app and it teaches a lot of randomized MCAT questions. I like the setup and it shows you how many you got right vs how many you got wrong and explains it VERY well and shows you what subjects you need the most help in, HOWEVER. This app is not truly a free app. After consistently playing you are paywalled to practice questions. You have an hour cooldown to answer 1 question and have to pay for the premium subscription to continue studying. This also means your apps stay locked for an hour unless you pay extra… so it defeats the purpose of the app. I’m not sure if this is because I primarily use the app for studying as opposed to a doom-scroll blocker but yeah. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — honestly changed my life *2026-08-18* i am an avid doomscroller and also a pre-PA student with adhd. this app genuinely has been the best decision ive made this year. it feels so rewarding to get an MCAT question right (even tho im personally not going to take the MCAT) and reduce my instagram usage at the same time. i highly recommend for students or anyone wishing to decrease their time on social media. i love the pause option for nights im not doing work or during my lunch break! please never get rid of the free version. if i had more money id pay for the pro version because thats how much this app genuinely benefits me. it will change your life! do it! ### 5/5 — Helpful & effective! *2026-08-14* I began using this app yesterday, to block a social media platform i have a serious screentime issue with. While getting set up was a little intimidating, once you get started, it’s really helpful! It helps me keep track of my doomscrolling habit, and it’s a really nice way to review content and concepts. That being said, the multiple choice can present some challenges on here for me in terms of memorizing the beginning of the answer/question and it would be really cool to see some short answer or jeopardy style questions to facilitate some deeper learning (maybe thats just me though 😂) Theres a good range of topics that already have questions decks and you can import your own too! I was a little bummed that I no longer saw NCLEX questions but otherwise fantastic so far.
