We're sorry to hear about your experience. Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. This means cancellations and refunds must be handled directly via your Apple ID settings. Even if the app is deleted, an active subscription does not automatically cancel. We always recommend cancelling the trial directly in your Apple subscription settings to avoid charges. Unfortunately, we as developers cannot issue refunds, this is handled exclusively by Apple. We kindly suggest contacting Apple Support for a refund request, they are usually able to help in cases like this. Z.B. sind die Buttons nicht richtig auf dem Screen in vielen „Modi“ und generell gibt es irgendwie wenig Futter inhaltlich. Die App übersichtlich aufgebaut, sodass man sich schnell zurechtfindet und effizient lernen kann. Besonders positiv finde ich die erstellten Uploads – sie sind qualitativ sehr gut gemacht und helfen dabei, Inhalte verständlich und strukturiert zu wiederholen. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist der Kundenservice. Manchmal sind dennoch die Lernzettel immer noch sehr groß was das effiziente Lernen erschwert. Bei Fragen erhält man schnell eine hilfreiche Rückmeldung, was die Nutzung der App zusätzlich angenehm macht.
