## What is Scrumli?

Scrumli is a planning poker app for Scrum and agile teams. Use it to estimate user stories and tasks, either on your own or together in a live online session.

PICK A DECK AND START

Five built-in card decks are ready to go: Fibonacci (1–21), T-shirt sizes (XS–XXL), Powers of 2 (1–32), Hours (0.5–24), and Sequential (1–10). Tap a card to vote, then shake your phone or tap Reveal to flip all cards at once.

After each reveal, Scrumli shows the average score, a recommended nearest deck value, the spread between the highest and lowest vote, and a consensus banner when everyone picks the same card.

ONLINE SESSIONS

Start a room and share the QR code or a short room code with your team. Everyone joins from their own device — no sign-up required. You see who has voted in real time (without seeing values). The host reveals cards for everyone at once and starts new rounds when ready.

The free version supports rooms with up to 3 participants — enough for small teams or paired estimation.
