I haven’t been able to log into my online account since the godawful update. When you try calling, there is “high call volume” and it says leave a message. NOBODY RETURNS CALLS. My mortgage payment is late bc nobody will respond and I can’t get in! After over 10 days calling and waiting, I got through this morning and the woman ARGUED with me about what I saw when I was logging in!!! There’s obviously a glitch since I’m not the only person having trouble but she was blaming ME for the lockout! ### 1/5 — Should have stayed with the app they had *2026-06-05, version 3.33.2* While I do like a few features the old app was way easier to use. The bill pay section of this is awful and I liked how in the old app you could easily access the savings rates at the bank. That no longer exists so you need to go searching online. Can’t find where my automatic transfers are. Messaged that question today—how long will it take for a response other than “did you figure it out yourself”? ### 2/5 — Remote Deposit downgraded *2026-05-26, version 3.33.2* Been with SCU for 20+ years and this app is just ok. Remote deposit on the old app was seamless. It also allowed you to deposit multiple checks in a single batch which was the best feature. The new app deposits each check as an individual transaction. No bueno. There is also no auto-capture on the image so you need to both steady the camera and tap the screen. Not good for anyone who has problems holding a camera steady. Obviously they didn’t have current users of the old app beta test this for them. Whoever approved the launch should have considered the customer base. ### 2/5 — New *2026-05-26, version 3.33.2* Old ### 1/5 — Meh *2026-05-22, version 3.33.2* Transition could’ve been handled a lot better. How do you not have quicken supported before switching? ### 2/5 — Way worse than the old app *2026-05-21, version 3.33.2* Registering wasn’t as hard as other reviews are making it out to be, just had to follow the instructions they sent by mail. But the app is in my opinion the worst banking app I’ve used. Constantly bugging out, transfers not completing, can’t connect to the server, and the layout is not good. Before, it showed all your accounts on the main screen at once, now you have to scroll side to side and don’t see them all at once unless you click to a separate thing. Making deposits from the app really saves a lot of time and effort. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. The rates are competitive and they have been able to provide financial stability for all of my banking and financial needs.
