However, manually uploading dives or making adjustments causes a ton of bugs. For some reason it would change the date to 1969 and wouldn’t let me change it unless I either delete the dive or exit the app and then force close the app. It would also change my dives to Fresh Water and set the time to 1:00 AM The app would be good if it wasn’t so painful trying to input logs. **Developer response:** Hi, we are really sorry for the inconvenience. So pretty useless. ### 2/5 — Needs a lot of work *2024-10-14* After my initial (great) frustration that SmartTrack was abandoned in favor of LogTRAk, and it wasn’t even possible to import all my many hundreds of dives, I tried to give LogTRAK another chance. LogTRAK tries adapting to a changed world where divers have multiple devices, different interfaces, etc. But LogTRAK, at this point, really does not seem past an early beta status. So many things need attention, refinement, debugging, addition. It just feels ScubaPro just isn’t willing to invest the money to make LogTRAk a polished, bug-free, modern app with all the functionality divers want and need. That is very disappointing. In a sport where dive computers are life support equipment, we need recording and analysis software that is fully up to the task. We'll get you up and running. ### 2/5 — Issues with Aladdin Matrix Sport *2024-09-28* Connected Bluetooth. App showed that the dive watch needed a firmware update from 2.0 to 2.1. Downloaded and tried to install 3 times before giving up. Besides that, the log transferred and I was able to set the options provided. Disappointed in no options to set the gas for nitrox diving from the app. Missing features that are in other apps like sac rate, RMV. Use of AI to show the divers buoyancy skills. I have done all the tricks toget the app to work I even did a password reset. Tried all the normal stuff removed app , restarted phone etc… tried a dozen times same issue. My husbands iPhone 13 Pro works fine. Don’t waste your time. *2023-08-12* I had to create a new account, the app would never see my G2 dive computer even though my iPhone and my dive computer shown that they were connected. It will not store any dives. I’ve completed the downloads multiple times and seen “### dives downloaded” and clicked on “Logbook” only to see “logbook empty”—Every Time! ISO 16.3.1 Would really like to use this new version I told my son and daughter about it they both got it and have had no problems with the app I looked at there’s and liked what I saw. I don’t need a map. Basic stuff ### 1/5 — Horrible - cannot even log in or set DOB *2023-04-07* I love ScubaPro, but common guys, this is horrific. I still have the prior version on another device and it’s incomplete at best. I was really excited to see a new/improved release. Too bad it’s such a mess that it’s actually unusable. I pushed forward despite the fight with the date-of-birth field and the other problems. Now it simply doesn’t login at all, just spins endlessly with no resolution. Put in coordinates for a Cozumel dive site and it points to Bangladesh. Can’t search for dive sites. Buying Scubapro was a huge mistake and I will be selling my dive computer when we get back home. Absolutely no reason this app shouldn’t be the best with what Scubapro charges for EVERYTHING! ### 1/5 — For manual dive entries…dates and times don’t function… *2025-12-31* I keep having to delete the app and reinstall. It will not allow for time entry or date entry manually with any ease. I keep getting stuck in December 1969 without being able to change the year forward. So I delete the app and reinstall and then I can see 2015, for example. EXTREMELY frustrating. Please fix this. I’ve got hundreds of dives and hundreds of hours of editing in there and it now stuffed. It takes an age starting then flashes the opening page for less than a second then closes! Put it back how it was !! ### 1/5 — Not easy to use *2023-12-11, version 1.7.2* This new version is worse than the previous version. There is no iPad support. This shows less information than the old one and in a less convenient form. Really quite hard to imagine how anyone could have seen this as an improvement. I dunno, maybe they prefer the font or something. But as far as usefulness and usability goes, it’s a backward step. ### 1/5 — LogTRAK 2.0 isn’t upgrading *2023-11-26, version 1.7.0* This is not up dating dives. I will have to travel 45-minutes to the dive shop I bought this from to get help.It is not intuitive. I wish I had gone with a different brand. Scubapro is not customer service friendly. When I have called, they have two techs who get flustered easily. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Nice app, working well with my Galileo 3 *2024-08-19, version 1.8.6* I recently bought the Galileo 3 dive computer and figured I’d give the smart watch features a try. Though I’m not sure yet if there’s a way to get texts or email notifications to show up on one’s watch .. the dive logging and control seems to be working fine. I think it’s a big upgrade to V1.0 and might actually start using it more now. ### 5/5 — Easily Import Dives from SCUBAPRO LogTRAK *2022-10-14, version 1.3.0* This app is a great improvement! I was able to Import Dives from the Export available in the SCUBAPRO LogTRAK Windows desktop version. I stored the Export file in a OneDrive - Personal folder that I accessed from my device. All the details from my SCUBAPRO Aladin One and SCUBAPRO HUD are now saved in the SCUBAPRO LogTRAK app. Additionally the Dive Logs sync automatically with Android and Apple devices logged into the same account. The only downside is there is still no way to import into the MySSI app, but that is my training agency app and completely understandable. I maybe able to get away from paper logs altogether because I can now Sync Dives From Dive Computers in the field using Bluetooth! ### 4/5 — Moderately Good App *2023-01-04* My main issue is though my HUD is set for Imperial the app displays the info in metric with no way to covert it back to imperial that I can tell. ScubaPro responded stating I could change it to imperial Under profile. Best dive, SCUBAPRO Team ### 3/5 — Has room for improvement *2025-05-09, version 1.10.2* For the most part, I like the app. Syncs with m y Luna Pro AI, but it doesn’t record starting/ending psi, gas type and %. Would like to be able to drag the gps location on the map when a match is not made in the search. Will be good once it grows a little more. ### 3/5 — Need to be able to export logs *2024-10-03, version 1.9.0* I can’t get the Luna 2.0 to connect to my Mac so I can’t export my logs in usable files. Why is this not a feature of the app? ### 3/5 — Poor Upgrade from Previous iPad version *2023-11-26* Just upgraded from older version and uploaded 80 dives from my G2. The upgrade and the upload went well with no complaint. But this is a poor upgrade from the early version to this new 2.0 version. Here are the three major issues. 1. This was an iPad app but now I am stuck with an iPhone size app on an iPad. For someone who wishes to use just an iPhone this may be acceptable but with a larger iPad it is a waste of visual real estate to not have it set for an iPad. You would think that SCUBAPRO could build both an iPhone and an iPad size app. 2. There is no way to globally update multiple dives. For example, I just came back from 8 dives in Cozumel, where I dived an 80 cu-ft steel tank. I can change a individual dive to a different size tank but I can’t change all 8 at once. That should be an easy thing to do. It would make entering location information more practical. 3. You can look at a lot of information for one dive but you can’t look at information from multiple dives. An example would be wanting to see how your air consumption changed over the course of multiple dives. I give the app 3 stars because it does the basic stuff but it doesn’t earn additional stars. ### 3/5 — Easy interface with G2 *2023-07-11* I was able to quickly connect and download my dives from my G2. On the next dive I selected download only new dives and it worked perfectly. Would like to see an interface with the SSI logbook as that is where all my previous dives are logged. ### 3/5 — Set up is a tad wonky *2023-02-10* It synced easily to my dive computer and I was able to change some settings. It seems to know a family secret and insists my birthday is a day earlier than I always thought it was.
