## Newest reviews (5 of 25)

### 1/5 — Barebones

*2019-09-17, version 1.3.2*

It’s an excuse for “ we have an app too”
Little data is downloaded to iPhone.
Come on scubapro, embrace the mobile world.
My Chinese WiFi Weight scale that I bought off Amazon for $15 has more usability than this.

### 2/5 — What is this

*2019-03-11, version 1.3.2*

Purchase a G2 for over a $1k and this is the app that goes with it. Come on Scubapro... This app doesn’t support Bluetooth firmware updating, very little data is transferred compared to how much data the computer records.

### 1/5 — Scuba Pro G2

*2018-08-01, version 1.3.1*

This is about the poorest excuse for a dive log that i have come across to date! Wake up ScubaPro!

### 2/5 — Of Limited Use

*2018-07-14, version 1.3.1*

The app does not appear to download all the information from the dive computer; for example psi consumed. A very simple app with limited capability. The dive computer is awesome; unfortunately the app is not. Time for ScubaPro to get with the program and upgrade the app.

On the positive side, the dive computer and app do interface easily on an iPad so it is easy to record the data

### 2/5 — No Syncing between divides?!? Otherwise ok

*2018-05-07*

Synced through Bluetooth with an Aladdin Sport however there is no account set up or export function on the iOS app so seemingly I have to use the same device to upload all my dive and I am unable to get them from to my computer be It through the cloud or by exporting the data. Seriously disappointing to have the Bluetooth feature and then such a rudimentary app lacking such a basic feature.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — But report

*2023-07-07*

When editing tank data for manually entered dives, gas mixture doesn’t work. It makes it like 2.2627% when I enter anything.

### 1/5 — Crashes after iPad update

*2022-12-18, version 1.3.4*

Crashes every time you try to sync via Bluetooth.

**Developer response:** Hi, we released LogTRAK 2.0. It has major improvements and a modern look. Please check it out. Best diving, Scubapro Team

### 1/5 — Needs to be better

*2022-08-15, version 1.3.4*

Such a disappointing pair for my dive computer. I’m not even sure where to start with improvements that could be made. Allow more edits. Ask if you want to delete a dive before you accidentally swipe and it. Allow a starting dive # to be entered (done many dives before this computer and would like to see what number I’m actually at). Allow interface between mobile and desktop. Really needs totally revamped with more and better features.

**Developer response:** Hi,
we released LogTRAK 2.0. It has major improvements and a modern look. Please check it out.

### 1/5 — Terrible, Awful App

*2022-04-23, version 1.3.4*

I’ve been working with this app for two years now. All of the terrible reviews are spot on: this is an app for Scubapro to say that they have an app, but it is an awful piece of junk. It really doesn’t do anything useful. In fact it’s more limited than the computer itself. Worse still, the Bluetooth connection is finicky. It usually takes about 10 tries to get my dive computer and this app connected.
Scubapro needs to either improve LogTRAK or pull it down.

### 1/5 — Just Doesn’t Work

*2022-04-12, version 1.3.4*

The G2 dive computer says that it is connected via Bluetooth. My iPhone says it is connected to the G2. The Bluetooth connection symbol is displayed on LogTRAK and still it says “NO COMPUTER CONNECTED” and will not download. No troubleshooting help. Just terrible software for what is otherwise a great dive computer!

### 1/5 — Useless

*2021-08-13*

Given the quality of Scubapro dive gear, the LogTRAK functionality leaves a lot to be desired. Scubapro could literally pay a 14yr kid with an interest in coding and the product would be infinitely better, I dread to think what they paid for this crap! It needs to sync between devices and apps, it needs to have a manual input function and it needs to be printable. It’s 2021 not 1980 you utter clowns.

**Developer response:** Hi,
we released LogTRAK 2.0. It has major improvements and a modern look. Please check it out.

### 1/5 — Improvements Needed

*2020-10-08, version 1.3.4*

Add pressures and other pertinent information from the computer. The information is on the computer. Make it importable!

### 1/5 — Poor Scubapro offering

*2020-07-20, version 1.3.4*

This is a very basic iOS App. Scubapro did the very minimum to claim they have an App for their computers. This App does not have any air consumption data. The App will transfer heart rate data and calculate calories, but none of the integrated air data transfers. At a minimum start and end pressure should transfer. Scubapro could do much better. They are on the premium price scale and choose to deliver a dive log App that does not transfer more than just the basics.

we released LogTRAK 2.0. It has major improvements and a modern look. Please check it out.

### 1/5 — Disappointment

*2020-06-26, version 1.3.4*

First off, I have been using the Galileo 2 (G2) for about a year now and absolutely love it!! Amazing dive computer that can be customized a number of ways. The app for both phone and computer are terrible. There is limited data transferred from your computer to the app, you data doesn’t sync between devices with the same account so you’ll need to re download the dive on your other device as well. I think the biggest let down is not allowing you to export the dives. Scuba pro has an app for their Z1 computer that allows exporting dives to be viewed, saved and printed so why doesn’t this app? For a near $1,000 dive computer, you would think the developers would have put a little more thought and effort into their app. You are either forced to use a second dive log electronically or what I do is manually hand write each dive into my dive log for tracking so I can add my dive buddies and get signatures as I progress to more advanced certifications.

### 1/5 — Cannot sync between iOS devices or Computer

*2019-11-18*

Terrible terrible app. Doesn't even have a log in feature so you can access the info on different devices. Cannot export data from an iOS app so now it is trapped on one app forever. Fundamentally terrible and Deep Down it really is the worst.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Good dive log

*2017-10-31, version 1.2*

Barebones but gets the job done.

### 4/5 — G2

*2019-04-21*

Not a bad App to go with the computer, I would suggest with the next update adding total bottom time, who doesn’t like to brag about how many total hrs you have spent diving.

### 4/5 — Almost Ideal

*2017-06-11, version 1.1*

This is a good app and long overdue. Just logged my first two dives with my new Aladin Sport and easily downloaded dive data to my iPhone. Just plug in your location data and notes and you're done.

A couple of features I wish it had and would like to see in updated versions: I'd like to be able to import existing LogTRAK dive logs from my PC to my phone. I have 78 logged dives using a couple of other computers (Aladin Square and Chromis) that I wish I could fly over to my phone so I could have my complete log with me. Also, the app doesn't have a way to record other dive info that the PC version does (start/end tank pressure, wet- or drysuit, weight used, etc).

Those issues aside, a solid, useful app.

### 4/5 — 1st download on Aladin Sport Matrix

*2016-11-30, version 1.0*

Just got this app and within 15 minutes had the computer connected and downloaded the first dive...........very easy.

### 3/5 — Desktop Version is Better

*2021-08-10*

1st. A year since the last update ??!!

Feels like a lite version;

Syncs easily enough with my G2C but it’s missing information that every other dive app appears to list:

1. Tank type and size
2. Start and End PSI

The dive profile along with the temp and heart rate graph is nice but the Mac version of the app gives a lot more information as well as allowing the user to sync more items; all of which should be possible in the mobile app.

It works for basic dive logging.

### 3/5 — Limited

*2018-05-16, version 1.3.1*

You can download from your G2 to this App. You can see limited information about your dive. You can add some limited information about the dive.

You CAN’T:
Sync data between multiple devices (WHY do I have to upload the same data to multiple devices?)
Compute SAC rates
See much of the data that the computer records
Capture the current location as the location of the dive

So, this is a simple App with limited functionality. I would be happy to pay to get more functionality. Why does Scubapro create such a great computer and such a miserable App? Please, create an App worthy of your computers!

### 2/5 — App very basic

*2021-08-25*

App does not download any air usage data from scuba pro Aladdin H. Can’t print any logs or add pictures from dive. Works well but expected more from scuba pro.

we released LogTRAK 2.0. It has major improvements and a modern look. Please check it out.

### 2/5 — Disappointed

*2021-08-05, version 1.3.4*

I agree with all those who are disappointed with the software. Is it every going to be upgraded?

### 2/5 — Less than expected

*2019-12-23, version 1.3.3*

I’ve been diving with Uwatec and Scubapro dive computers for more than twenty years and they are just the very best (which is why I keep buying them).
The desktop and now mobile software still leaves so much to be desired.
LogTRAK on iPhone is so functionally limited - it’s painful. Just connecting to the G2 and downloading dives.
I expected LogTRAK to have more functionality on Mac and Windows - alas no. It’s just hugely disappointing
Final thought - the now defunct SmartTRAK software is hugely superior albeit obsolete.
Also - having an understanding of technology - LogTRAK requires JRE6 to run - given how out of date JRE6 is - it sadly shows how much effort has gone into innovating around this software.
But once more - Scubapro make the best dive computers!

### 2/5 — Difficult

*2019-05-18*

Nice if it works. On iPhone Bluetooth pairing is difficult. I have to forget device and do a new pairing every time and often the 2 devices can’t find each other.
