There’s so many bugs it just doesn’t work. I gave it a try but unfortunately was a waste of time.

Enjoyed the app so far, easy to track meals and keep up with exercises, though it would be nice to be able to set your own rest periods between workouts. Also the rest period add and subtract ten seconds works backwards.

I love this app! It’s so easy to use. I love that you can change around the workouts so if you don’t have the equipment you need, you can easily switch it to another workout! I do most of these at my apartment gym. Also, love the video demonstrations. They make learning new workouts so easy.

This app has helped me so much. I’ve been calorie tracking for a while and not only has Sculpt’s AI-photo logging made it 10x faster but having that and personalized fitness plan in the same place has been amazing. Would definitely recommend 🙌

I never call apps perfect but this one is dang near it. I genuinely used to use three fitness programs/apps, but sculpt took that down to one. Their meal logging is top-tier 🙂💪

I’ve been lifting for years and Sculpt is the best app I’ve used. It showed me exactly how much I should be eating and built a custom plan for my body. I’ve gained more muscle this year than every other year I’ve lifted. Highly recommend.
