This app is horrible & very outdated it’s the worst app with scheduling I’ve ever used.

Freezes constantly and have to force quit and restart.
Still no fix , this app is costing me money and time. Swift link was better than this garbage.

Service desk and all related technology is beyond outdated. I have pleaded with them for nearly 5 years to get with the times. No change. I can’t believe how much $$ I paid for this software, and still paying monthly fees. Do not buy this outdated garbage. I like to be professional and my customers expect me to. Part of this is staying current with modern, common business technology. There are many current options at a fraction of the price and are infinitely better!

Keeps crashing Everytime you go back out of a job. Other items are questionable also.

The app is virtually unusable on my brand new iPhone 16 Pro. Text boxes are covered up by the keyboard I’m typing with so I can’t see anything. Tabs also hang up so I have to switch to an alternate tab and then back to the one I wanna use again to get it to unfreeze. This app has been terrible to use since day one.

Not user friendly at all.  At least in the old version you could see al, the pertinent information or complete an invoice all on a single screen. Having to switch screens and open and close drop down menus to get the information you need or to complete parts orders and invoices is a step backward, not an improvement.

The new version is worst then the old version.  Too many bugs and too many steps to navigate and close a work order.  Time is money. And this version do not have that in mind.

Once you get the hang of it, really good. Import blue book , plus prior history. Call customers and take quick pics right from software.
