## What is SD?

Retailers app, allows to create Retailer orders against the entry of IMEIs of the mobile devices that are shipped to that Retailer. 

TMX SD - ME wil be used by the retail app owners for scanning the IMEI of devices at the time of selling those. Retailers will download the data
