I can no longer enter into settings; it just turns off the app when pressed. I’m vision impaired and need to enlarge the words so I can read them and now can’t. I’ve tried rebooting and replacing the app but nocharge. ### 3/5 — Chorus after each verse *2021-09-19, version 1.2* I had a SDA hymnal app for my android phone that hat the chorus after every verse so you didn’t have to go back and forth, but just sing right down the page. However I wish it would've been made more clear that the audio is not people singing, It's just music. I've been looking for a SDA hymnal app that includes people singing so I can have someone to sing along with. This is a pretty good app if all you need is the music. **Developer response:** The description clearly states that no music score is provided. There is however music for all hymns. You just have to press the play button and make sure your device is not muted. ### 3/5 — Missing Lyrics *2017-02-06* Hymn 314 has only one paragraph of the song. Please fix. I haven't gone thru all the songs yet. Accompaniment has to be down loaded one song at a time. It wasted too much time considering that this is one of the higher priced app. Please improve on the download proceedure. I restarted my phone and there was still no tune/music! When I checked the reviews there was only one and it was positive. After I downloaded the app, the other reviews showed up saying there’s no tune/music as well. The developer responded to each person who said there’s no music saying there’s is music but in reality there isn’t! I would like a refund! ### 1/5 — Unhappy in Ohio *2018-12-17* A huge disappointment. The previous version that included the scores was much better. Freezes, clunky and not user-friendly. As far as adding the audio tracks, if you have a day to waste give it a go BUT the truth is, this app freezes every few minutes during downloading. I tried 5 times to download the audio, just froze every time. There are cheaper apps available, give this one a miss! ### 2/5 — Hit or miss *2025-03-29* Sometimes it works and some times it doesn’t. It is very frustrating when in the middle of service the app just doesn’t play. Currently there is only the first of 6 verses in 314. Also, in 214, please add a 2nd verse of music and change hean’ns to heav’ns ### 5/5 — Finally and at long last *2021-08-28* I’ve finally come across an easy to use, straightforward hymnal for my sister (who is autistic with special needs). The ‘complicated’ (for her) way of accessing the hymns, slowed us both down during Devotionals and church services. No longer! The HIGHLY Visible number pad to quickly turn to the relevant hymns is a Godsend! It must also be invaluable for people with visual impairments - as is the ability to change the font size AND the display! 10 out of 10 for making this App assessable to a far wider audience! God Bless You! ### 5/5 — Excellent App 👍 *2019-01-29* This app has served me well for a couple years now. I typically use it to sing along at church and for my personal devotions. It is a well designed app that’s intuitive and easy to navigate. At one point I had a problem with the app not functioning right. I reported it to the developer and was recommended to turn off my phone and reboot. It worked, no problems since. This app fits a verity of needs. One thing to be aware of is its not a one size fits all. I recommend reading the full description of the app to see if it will serve your needs before downloading. The pastor displayed it through the projector connected to an iPad for the church family to sing along. Save us the hassle of buying hymn book. This is great for a small church group since we don’t have a pianist. I’ve noticed we could cache the music while online and then replay it offline. Yes, you can play the music offline after you cache it. It’s kind of like downloading if you familiar with computer terminology. Hymn #464 is missing the third verse. If the developer of this fine app could add it it would be great. Also, the app crashes on my IPad 4 and IPad Air when we try searching for a song. Please fix. Keep up the good work for the Lord. I can't figure out why they have to play the entire verse for some songs but I don't hold that against the app developer.
