The app itself is poorly designed. You would think clicking on a pic would enlarge it but it doesn’t so they are hard to see and you can’t zoom in. A lot of times you click on another section of the app you want to navigate to but instead it just refreshes your current section. The messenger function lags behind and refuses to refresh unless you force close the app and reopen it. Won’t let me use my wife’s nickname because the letters K I K are contained within it, so that makes it awkward for intros. I won’t renew my subscription when it runs out. We are in fact real people and I wish they had a process to help us get our account back.
