I’d rather eat my shoe than try and use this app. Will not let me register and tells me to try again every time. I try and it just tells me there’s an error and to try again. BAD!!!!!

Spent the last 15 minutes trying to register. Every time I get the same message “an error occurred. Please try again” I’ve tried so many times with so many different usernames and passwords. Ive exited out and re-opened it. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. I’ve tried “forgot my username” in case somehow I already had an account… same thing. This app just doesn’t work….

So far this app has been a complete waste of time. Can’t even register my account because of something with my password selection but I can’t even see what it’s talking about to fix it.

I have been trying to use this app so that I can login and see my plan details. But every time I try to register it it tells me there is an error. This is disappointing.

App does absolutely nothing. Can’t use it to pull up my card, kicks me out. Find a dentist is just a blank white screen. Tried to see what my plan covers, have no clue since I can’t see it.

I like the feature of being able to log in with just a 4 digit code, but that’s about all that I like about this app. It’s confusing and time consuming navigating between different places on the app, and my group number is blank
