Everytime I go to try, I'm met with a grey screen that says "Full Screen is Required". There's no button to change the zoom on that window or close out to return to the landing page , so I end up having to just close the app. There also doesn't seem to be any way to get support for the app unless it's through a review. Customer service has informed me their online banking policies changed with this new version yet there’s no information about it. Specifically, they removed the ability to use the app in a split screen format, so it must be full screen. Now, whenever I attempt to open it, I get this error message, which is quite annoying to say the least. I even deleted it from my iPhone for months, hoping that it would get updated and remove the bugs that was causing it not to function like it used to. But right after I downloaded it to my iPhone again and input my login ID and password, that old familiar error message popped up once again! ### 1/5 — Check Deposit Not Working! *2022-12-04, version 2022.6.0.1* This update isn’t working! I keep getting told to rotate my device to deposit my check but it isn’t rotating. Just displaying a grated out screen. Big with the update. The app has issues recognizing when you are holding the phone sideways to take a photo of a check for mobile deposit. I have to slam the side of my phone into furniture to get the app to detect my phone is sideways.
