Manually loading a dive is slow. Also wish I could see my dive notes when I click on my log details. I can only see them when I go to the edit dive page ### 3/5 — Not great but quickly improving *2025-06-30, version 2.1.3* The app is laggy way too often, especially when selecting dive sites. Lots of buttons on the dive log are unintuitive and take waaaay too long to press. It is getting better fairly quickly though, lots of glitches like the constant sign outs are going away. It’d be nice to see some kid of autofill for consecutive dives or dives at the same site, and a way to input courses and buddies that aren’t a part of the SDI database. ### 3/5 — No dive log *2025-01-07, version 2.0.6* App is basic and doesn’t have much use since there’s no dive log. ### 2/5 — Lacking *2024-11-17, version 2.0.6* It would be nice to be able to do the online learning through the app and show your completed lessons. No eLearning, which is most important. You’ll be logged out, session expired, every time you use the app. Very frustrating. Most recent update was over a year ago. That says it all. Not available via the app. ### 3/5 — Diver friendly *2024-07-24, version 2.0.5* App is great for pulling up certs when my logbook with cards is usually in the parking lot. Would love to see more diver friendly additions, like diver tables implemented into the app for planning purposes. I know the material preaches computers, but most shops don’t rent shearwater. ### 2/5 — Certification Card *2024-03-15, version 2.0.5* And that’s about it. Very frustrating guys! ### 1/5 — Crashing after update. *2026-01-21, version 2.1.9* Not usable after the suunto update. Which sucks since I love suunto. Please fix. Will work once then crash. Being confronted with a mandatory “update” popup that drives them to the app store, without a “later” option, potentially in an area with weak signal / bandwidth, is a terrible user experience given that the har may well not have opened the app for a while until that moment. ### 1/5 — Poor design end execution. *2024-07-03, version 2.0.5* I got my Open Water Diver from SSI. Their app is so much better than this one. This one is lacking important shortcuts. ### 1/5 — Not good for iPad *2024-03-23, version 2.0.5* This is one of the apps that is basically a phone screen on an iPad. Wish it was designed for iPad. It would make the e-learning even better. ### 1/5 — No purpose *2024-03-17* Doesn’t have e-learning courses. So if you’re doing an e-learning course, you can’t do it on this app or if you have already done one you can’t use this app to revisit it. Not designed well either. Let’s hope there is always cell service or you will need the hard card anyway that is charge $35. The app is lacking in operational necessity and requires you to use the website for most things. Things like Dive tools, Dive log, and course learning could better the app. ### 2/5 — You can’t log out *2026-06-19, version 2.2.2* Very annoying that you can’t log out of this app! My young son does not have a phone so I need to be able to log out of one account and into another to show our certificates. This app has no log out feature so you can’t do that. There are some things that would be nice to see adjusted. The biggest being added iPad OS integration as I predominately utilize an iPad to document dive related information or files. The other thing that would be nice to see implemented would be the ability to import dive logs over more mediums such as spreadsheet or Google Sheets. Again, overall very pleased with the software, especially when needing to access my eCards quickly. ### 4/5 — One Small Issue *2024-09-14, version 2.0.5* The app works well and is responsive. It’s always easy to look up information on it. Issue I see with it is that you have to login every time you open the app practically. ### 4/5 — Could use some improvements *2023-11-19, version 2.0.5* This app is great for downloading certifcation cards and the platform for elearning is very well thoughtout. Diving is more a lifestyle than simply a hobby and it would be nice to see the app reflect that. While the articles are great (but can be read on DAN) an online dive log would be more useful. A dash board with all certifications (accross all organizations) would be useful as well. The look and feel of the app is dated and could use some modernizing and controls more user friendly. ### 4/5 — Add log book *2023-10-28* I keep going back to SSI because of the logbook.
