It’s the easiest thing to do! SDS can even do it for you! Text your customers right from the system or the SDS Mobile app installed on any smartphone.
- Contact your customer through unintrusive and user-friendly SMS
- Text message can be sent through a PC or mobile device - either way, it remains in the SDS System for future reference
- Search for a customer via SDSMobile
- Audible and visual notifications
- Join in or continue a colleague’s conversation
- Text sent includes dealership and advisor name - customer will know who is texting
- Auto notifications can be sent out by the system via SMS such as reminding a customer about an appointment at service in the morning or letting them know their vehicle is ready at service, etc.
