However, WOW the amount of bugs. Constantly battling the login screen telling me my password is wrong and when I go to reset it (though it is NOT wrong) and get met with “duplicate password”. As well as the bugs when trying to set up your schedule when it’s available are an absolute headache. ### 2/5 — Needs an update *2025-07-13* The app is very laggy and glitches alot. It logs you out for absolute no reason and when you try to log back in it tells you the password is wrong even tho is correct. When you try to reset the password you never receive the email to reset it. The absolute worst. ### 2/5 — The Biggest Headache You Will Ever Encounter *2022-07-28, version 2.0* There are so many constant problems with this app such as the constant glitching, problems selecting shifts, random shut downs, but the one that irritate me the most are how it constantly logs you out for no reason then tells you your password is wrong when it is not. Right now I am locked out because my “password has expired”. It takes me to a page where I can set a new one but each time I do it tells me my current password is wrong despite me literally just using it to log in. So annoying and the call number supplied doesn’t even work unless you use a company phone. Can’t wait until I never have to use it again. As well as this, whenever you put in your ID so they can send an email for you to reset your password the email never comes so matter how long and I have one on file. ### 1/5 — stop removing my review *2022-01-26, version 2.0* The app is laggy! I said what i said! Every time i request days off it adds a bunch of days i did not request and i have to MANUALLY remove them one by one. It adds WHOLE MONTHS. I can never log in on the first try, i have to retry multiple times. Please fix this! It works great on desktop! The Chik fil a notice was posted yesterday and I still today cannot read it. It wont tell you why or say anything wrong. The simply button wont work. No matter how many time you try. Then will lock you out for “security reasons” after failing to function. Good luck checking you’re next schedule. Cause it wont even let you continue until this problem the app made up for 0 reason decides to work. They took away the ability to clock in from the app also which is highly inconvenient. Because it always breaks and won’t let anyone see their schedule and everything. So I would definitely not recommend anyone to use this app until they get this right ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — This app is fantastic *2022-06-21, version 2.0* Fun and user friendly and a great team building experience, especially when it’s time for clan war. The hog riders are a-bit overpowered, especially when paired with a rage spell but I do enjoy watching their little legs scamper across the battlefield. Im only town hall level 7 at the moment but already enjoying what the game has to offer and looking forward to the continued grind. I love every aspect of it so far. But I do have one request though. I am used to looking at my schedule in 24 hour. The format that the texts send regarding this information is weird so if the app could compensate for that, it'd be great. ### 4/5 — GREAT start! I have suggestions... *2017-12-19, version 1.0* This app is a wonderful start! I love that all the announcements are on there too. There’s a bit of weirdness with the “upcoming shift” section on the main page...once midnight rolls around, it doesn’t update to reflect the new day, so that could potentially cause confusion when setting alarms before bed. A good feature to add would be integration between your schedule and the device’s built in calendar. I’d love to just be able to hit a button and all my posted shifts get uploaded to my iPhone’s calendar. The app description says you can view tickets, but I don’t see that ability anywhere in my app, but I imagine that’s coming around in the next update or two. The ability to see/submit time off requests would be great. Same for availability changes, PTO accrual, etc. The ability to toggle between viewing your schedule as a list like you have it now or landscape like you have it on the mobile site would be great. ### 4/5 — Really like the beta version *2017-12-16, version 1.0* The beta version of Seaport Mobile is great. Very useful from the opinion of an ambassador. Wish “ Ripples”, “News Splash”, etc was integrated in this app depending on the park you’re at. I’ve been late when I could’ve just clocked in on the app if it worked but now I have a point because I couldn’t.
