I was mindful of all the guidelines when taking photos. The scan part of the app well at all. I did find it helpful to take a photo and then use the photo but still that’s an extra step that I didn’t plan on using. Accuracy is not on point as I found myself having to search the Internet to compare and found many discrepancies. It immediately closes the App down. I deleted the App and reinstalled but it still did the same thing. Disappointing I paid for a year subscription before I had a chance to try it!!
