Затем оплатил подписку на месяц, в этот же день появляется сообщение что необходимо продлить подписку. Я оплатил ещё раз. А сегодня кто зашел на мой аккаунт и начал писать в моих ии чатах чтоб я ушел с его аккаунта. However, since the latest update I can no longer log in with Google on the iOS app, even though my account is linked to it. Logging in via Google still works fine on the web browser, so this seems to be an app-specific bug. Закинул на акаунт донат для генерации еще давно, сейчас вернулся в приложение, «не пользовался около двух месяцев а может и больше» так вернулся и меня выкинуло с акаунта, зайти теперь я туда не могу потому что вход был через Гугл, как понимать? Ладно, допустим, открыть сайт через телефон так это отдельный вид искусства, особый вопрос к ии-персонажам, вроде работают но стоит перезайти так меню просто сбивается и ии-персонажи просто исчезают из вкладки, их просто нет, в недавних показывает какой персонаж был использован а зайти на него уже невозможно, даже в списке меню рядом с настройками где можно выбрать функцию которой хочешь использовать ии-персонажей уже нет, в поиске такая же история, что делать и как с этим быть? Не ясно, так еще и если меню багнулось и исчезло то это на всегда, пере заходи не пере заходи без разницы, мобильный / домашний интернет, результат будет один! I use it mostly ai generated rpgs and have had created several ais myself but, the credit system is super frustrating. It seems like it’s just designed to milk as much money as they can. I never registered, never subscribed, and never authorized any payment. I have no order number because I never placed an order. Getting help is impossible. There is no support phone number, and the chat is a bot that repeats templates and demands an order ID I cannot have. No human agent ever appeared. Other reviews describe exactly the same pattern: unexpected charges, refunds refused with a “digital goods are non-refundable” line, and an automated wall instead of a solution. The amount is small, but the principle matters: this company takes money from the cards of people who do not even have an account with them. I am recovering it through my bank as an unauthorized transaction and reissuing my card. My Google account got logged out of the app, and now I can’t sign back into it. Avoid at all costs. This service is a financial trap disguised as an Al tool. Their Ul is systematically broken and deceptive. My profile displayed an expiration date of 2028-10-30, yet they charged me JP·39,564 in 2026 without any transparent notice. When confronted, their support officially admitted in writing that their "automated robot" provided incorrect information. However, they REFUSED a refund, hideously citing their "No Refund" policy even for their own system failures. This is a classic "Dark Pattern" designed to steal money from professional creators. The subscription management screen is intentionally opaque, showing no clear billing cycles. They admit their errors but keep your money-this is not a business, it's a scam.
