The app itself very poorly designed and with very little useful information **Developer response:** Seabook has been free since 2013. There are no ads and no subscription. Simply close the pop-up and continue using the app at no cost. Seabook Master is also available, offering additional content and features, with no pop-ups and expanded materials. The app is designed to support maritime education and training, has served the industry for years, and will continue to do so with ongoing upgrades. Please consider Seabook+ for the enriched content. Many thanks for the feedback! ### 1/5 — Doesnt worth the money *2021-12-17, version 1.1* So i bought this app and its full of bugs at least on iphone 12 pro , you cannot press the back button once you have accessed any of the categories, scrolling is alao inpossible and lately i get this popup message and the payed app saying to buy the pro version which i own already and that there is a new update which is not . My opinion just stick to the free version if you really want or just try other alternatives . Unfortunately i cannot put stars on minus cause if would and i am kinda forced to place this one star which is already too much. ### 1/5 — Very bad *2021-06-03, version 1.1* A very bad built for iphone 12 pro, since you cant go back via buttons you are kinda stuck in one screen if you scroll down completly. I wtotw an email to app suport a few months now still same problem. But the information it contains it s very helpfull. ### 2/5 — Could be better *2020-12-02* Alot of errors in this. Thanks so much. ### 3/5 — Outdated: navigation doesn’t work *2025-02-01* Ironically, I cannot navigate in this app on my iPhone 16. The navigation buttons at the top overlap with iPhone menu bar and don’t respond. The font is also annoyingly large. Please update and also meet Apple’s privacy requirements as indicated in the App Store. ### 4/5 — Need update *2024-08-09, version 1.1* 1.Please update Colreg with rules for sound signals as they are not visible in full version- rules 34,35,36,37 2.You can also include IALA buoyage 3.Please update for the new versions of the phones as my iPhone 15 is impossible to tab on the back button and Content button as they are in my watch and Wifi bar ( top part). To do that I need to turn my phone landscape. 4. Please make Quiz mode for Colreg exams for practice. Thanks ### 4/5 — Best marine application *2020-11-19* It has enough things to know about the daily work of ships, and after this update it has become one of the best pro books. But one problem is that I cannot open the updated version every time I open the aap. They show me about the update. Make sure you locate the icon on your screen. It’s never easy trying to squeeze chapters of information in a bullet point type app but this is a good help for those not able to do the background reading.
