The 4 issues we ran into: 1. The app in 2026 defaulted to our 2025 reservation info, and the only way to reset it was reinstall the app. 2. The credit card had to be entered a certain way, and the final step was easy to miss. 3. If the info was incomplete, at the entry gate, the app would still generate a QR code for access which did not work. It should have generated an error message instead. 4. The app should offer more help and use clearer words, For example, it uses “card” to mean entry QR code, but most people think of their credit card. That said, after all that hassle, it was easy to use. ### 5/5 — Great app for guests at Seabrook Island Club *2026-01-29* As a guest at Seabrook Island Club, this app made everything so much easier. The interface is clean and intuitive, and it saves so much time compared to calling or searching for information elsewhere. Everything is easy to find, even if you’re only visiting for a short stay. I loved being able to view dining options, make reservations, check tee times, see upcoming events, and access live statements all in one place. Having real-time information at my fingertips really enhanced the overall experience and made my stay feel seamless. A great tool that truly enhances the Seabrook Island experience. ### 1/5 — Forced update and doesn’t keep credentials *2025-07-25* Waiting at pool gate ar Seabrook island gate and forces me to update, can’t use app so have to sit there like a five year old waiting for update and then logging in? There were glitches but not that bad. However, two days after we left the island we were charged $70+ for a meal we did not have. I received the receipt and confirmed it was after we left. I reached out to the amenity office and they refused to cancel the charge even though I could prove we were back in our home state. This was after back and forth emails for weeks with long delays between their responses. Never had an issue with fraudulent charges with the previous card system. Cannot believe the office was so difficult and unresponsive with this issue. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
